Confirming Your Plan
Insurance carrier websites and directories aren’t always up to date. Even if our office appears listed as “in network” online, your coverage is determined by your specific policy rather than by our office.

Delta Dental and Medicaid
We are currently out of network with Delta Dental and Medicaid. You are still welcome to receive treatment at our office, but payment will be due in full at the time of service.
If your Delta Dental plan includes out of network benefits, we will submit the claim to your insurance company on your behalf. Any reimbursement provided by your insurance company will be sent directly to you.
We recommend contacting your insurance provider before your appointment to confirm your out of network benefits and coverage.
